What is the turnaround time?
Photos are delivered the next morning. We also offer same-day
delivery upon request. We send an email with a download link
providing both Web-quality (MLS) and Print-quality resolutions.
Do you charge for revisions?
We handle floorplan tweaks, brightness/exposure adjustments, and
basic object removal at no extra cost.
Is there a limit on photos?
No. We provide as many photos as the home needs to tell its story
effectively. There is no fixed limit and no extra cost for more
images.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, discounts are available for multiple listings. For brokerage
partnerships, please schedule a call with our founder.
How do I pay and download files?
You'll receive a gallery link via email the morning after your
shoot. Preview your files first, then securely checkout via Stripe
(Card, Bank, or Crypto) to instantly unlock full-resolution
downloads.
What is the turnaround time for video?
Video projects require more intensive editing than photography. We typically deliver the first draft within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot.
Can I choose the music for my video?
Yes. We use licensed, royalty-free music. You can suggest a vibe (e.g., upbeat, relaxing, luxury), and our editors will select the best track to match the pacing of the edit.
